At PARK’IN we want to adapt to your needs, that's why we offer several parking offers. All types of offers available for a car park are displayed on their listing.
Reservations correspond to a one-time parking requirement ranging from one hour to one year. To make parking even more ‘IN, we give you the opportunity to enter and exit the car park at your leisure (yes it is very convenient!).

How to choose the right parking?
It's very simple, indicate your location or the address where you want to go, the date and time of start and end of booking and the template of your vehicle.
You will then be able to see the car parks available in the desired sector on your booking time slot.
When you select a car park, you go directly to the description. You can view:
- vehicle templates recommended for this car park
- the rate applied to the car park
- the location of the car park
- the description of the car park
- the list of nearby car parks
- the means of access to the car park.
The vast majority of our car parks are equipped with PARK’IN technology, types of connected access:

How to modify my reservation or my subscription?
To make parking always more ‘IN, we have developed the possibility to modify your own parking.
Go to your member area in the "My bookings".

Extend or cancel my reservation
It is possible to extend a reservation before, during or after your parking.
Our extension system checks in real time the availability of a parking space. If the latter indicates the impossibility of extending your parking, we invite you to vacate your place as soon as possible to avoid any inconvenience to the next member.
The cancellation of your booking can only be made if it has not started yet. The more you cancel late, the harder it is to remarket your place. Fees will therefore apply as detailed in our booking cancellation terms.

Change the start of my parking
Our system does not yet allow the modification of the beginning of your parking whether it is the start date of your reservation or the beginning of your monthly subscription.
All the team is working on deploying this new feature.
The solution ? We are obliged to invite you to cancel your parking and make your request with the correct dates.

What are the prices of the PARK’IN service?
The prices of the PARK’IN service depend on the formulas and the car parks selected. They are mentioned «including taxes» on the search results and on the parking cards.

What are the payment terms for the PARK’IN service?
Payment terms for the PARK’IN service are made online, by credit card, during your registration process. The procedure for registering your means of payment is totally secured by our online payment service provider

What are the terms of cancellation of a reservation?
If you have to cancel a reservation, simply go to your member area and click on the "Cancel" button corresponding to the reservation.
Cancellation fees may apply depending on the date and time you make this cancellation:
- Within 6 hours after the reservation request: Your reservation will be fully refunded.
- More than 24 hours before the start of the reservation: 90% of the reservation amount will be refunded.
- Less than 24 hours before the start of the reservation: The entire amount of the reservation remains due.
- If you do not show up and cancel your reservation: The entire amount of the reservation remains due.
